Welcome Back!

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students,

I'm thrilled to be back teaching for my third year at FHMS. Students will be receiving their PE uniforms on Tuesday, September 21st. Please remind your student to write their first and last names on both the shirt and shorts. This will help eliminate any confusion about "missing" uniforms in the locker rooms. The physical education requirements are located on my course outline which will also be linked to this website. All students should have brought home the course outline 2 weeks ago to be read through and signed. If you have any questions regarding the couse outline, please feel free to email me or leave a message on my blog and I will respond as soon as possible.

I highly encourage all parents and guardians to motivate your child to eat a healthy breakfast before arriving to school. As we all know, without food in our bodies we have no fuel to exercise or participate to the best of our ability. My job as your child's physical education teacher does not stop at sports but also continues through encouraging them to keep a healthy lifestyle in and out of school. I look forward to working with each and every one of my students this year!

Best,
Ms. Snopek
